Salt Bath detox

A salt bath can help cleanse and draw out any toxins in the body, giving it a deep cleanse. Add about 4 cups of Himalayan salt to a warm (not too hot) bath. It is advised not to stay in the bath for longer than 20 mins. Remember to stay hydrated, drink lots of water and always check with your doctor before any detox if you have any medical conditions.
